Can I cancel or change my order?
We need 48 hours notice to cancel or change your order. If you cancel your order within 48 hours, we will create a credit voucher for you to use at a later stage with the White Rabbit & Co.
Cakes ordered within the 24 hours cannot be cancelled or changed.
Can I pay when you deliver?
No, all orders should be placed online and paid for in full via one of our many payment gateways.
Can I order custom design cookies?
Yes! Contact us for a consultation, we’ll try our best to meet your needs.
How long does delivery take?
All our goods are baked to order – from order to delivery usually takes between 3 and 5 working days. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us!
Can you freeze the biscuits and rusks?
Yes, however, we recommend storing biscuits and rusks in an air-tight container.
Are you certified Halaal?
We are not certified halaal, but we do not use any gelatine in our baked goods. Some products contain alcohol, but we can make a special order without alcohol for you, please contact us to place an order, or leave a note when checking out.

What about food allergies?
White Rabbit and Co. make every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction. In our bakery, we use the following:
* Products with nuts and nut by-products
* Eggs and egg by-products
* Milk and dairy products
* Wheat and Gluten
We follow strict cross-contamination policies, however, we cannot guarantee a total absence of these items in any of our products. Customers with food allergies must be aware of this risk. White Rabbit and Co. will not assume any liability for adverse reactions from the food consumed or items one may come in contact with whilst consuming our products.
If you have a nut allergy please do be sure to inform us. We will try our best to not let your order get in contact with nuts but because we use nuts often we cannot guarantee this – ordering from us is entirely at your own risk.
